SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
What is your shipping policy? All domestic orders are shipped via the post office
(USPS), or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders
received on weekend days and holidays will be processed the next business day. If you refuse any
shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or custom charges that
are incurred on the package as well as the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise
refund.
How soon do you ship?
Please allow 1-7 business days from receipt of your cleared payment to process and ship
your order. Some items are shipped from other locations, and may require additional time to process and ship. It
you ordered multiple items, you may received shipments from different locations.
Where do you ship? We ship orders within the United States and Canada.
All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United
States and Canada. If you wish to be notified when other international deliveries become available, please
email us.
What are your shipping rates?
Some items offer free shipping, and others may have special shipping charges. If nothing is noted in the
item's description about shipping, our standard shipping rates apply:

Standard shipping charges are automatically added
to your purchase by PayPal and are based upon the above domestic rate
calculations. We do not ship to multiple addresses per
order.
Why do some items say there is a special shipping
charge? Some items may require special
handling due to their weight or dimensions, resulting in an additional cost for shipping. Whenever an item's
description references a special shipping charge, this charge is instead of the standard rates
listed above. You do not pay both.
What is a refundable box deposit?
Some items such as paintings may be shipped to you in a specially
designed shipping box that is quite expensive. We include a refundable box deposit in the shipping
charge, that is refunded to you as soon as you return the box to us. The shipment will include a
return shipping label so you can return the box and packing materials at no cost to
you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Please notify us by email at
for any returns or exchanges within 48 hours of
receipt of your order. Place “Return Authorization Request” in the subject line of the email. Provide the order
number, item you wish to return, and whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund. A 5% restocking fee
will be deducted from your refund unless you are exchanging your return for another item.
IMPORTANT: The correct return shipping address will be provided by return email when you
request an RMA.. DO NOT ship your return to the PO Box on the Contact page. It will not reach its proper
destination and your return may not be processed.
Returns: We must receive the returned merchandise within 14 days from the date of
purchase. Items must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED IT. ALL ORIGINAL PACKING
MATERIALS AND TAGS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ITEM. Tags must not be broken or tampered with or we will not be able
to accept your return. Refunds will not be honored if dust bag or box is damaged or omitted. Include a copy of the
RMA email with your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs and returns must be shipped prepaid. Once
we receive your return, we will process your refund promptly and issue credits accordingly.
Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges,
and a 5% restocking fee is applicable if you are not exchanging the item.
We will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without
proof of delivery. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery
confirmation.
All sale items and items designated as FINAL are not returnable and
non-refundable.
We have the right to refuse any returns if we do not receive the return notification within
48 hours of receipt.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item you are returning for a specific item, we
suggest you return the item you don’t want and make a new purchase online for the item you want. Items are
limited and if you wait until we receive your return, the item you want to exchange it for may not be
available.
